Peetinvest B.V. was founded in 1995 by Peter van der Lugt with the core business objectives of asset management, conducting and providing management services in the field of consultancy and corporate finance. Peetinvest is also active as an Informal business investor.

In the Past 20 Years Peetinvest primary focus has been Advisory consulting regarding complex strategic and financial issues.

Our management and employees are, or have been active as members of the supervisory board or consultants at several investment institutions in the Netherlands, UK and Germany.

 Paid Advisory services are often related to mediation in merger and acquisition cases and structuring of investment portfolios.

Peetinvest is also active as an informal investor in several private equity transactions and Holdings
